To get Sirius and Orion in Warframe, finish the Jade Shadows: Constellations quest, which awards their main blueprint. The three part blueprints then come from the two new Railjack missions in the Uranus Proxima, The Kuva Wytch and Scoria’s Angel, either as drops or by spending the Emerald and Crimson Talents those missions pay at a secret vendor in Pontis Tower.
The quest chain is The New War, then Jade Shadows, then Jade Shadows: Constellations. Sirius and Orion arrived in Update 43.0 on June 17, 2026 as the 65th Warframe, two Warframes sharing one slot. Below: each step, the drop odds, the Talent costs, and the build.
Step 1: Finish the Quest Chain
| Quest | Unlocked by | What it gives you |
|---|---|---|
| The New War | Earlier main quests | Opens Jade Shadows |
| Jade Shadows | The New War | The Jade Warframe blueprint, and the name choice that decides your default “Primary Son” |
| Jade Shadows: Constellations | Jade Shadows | The Sirius and Orion main blueprint, Uranus Proxima and Pontis Tower |
DE puts Jade Shadows: Constellations at roughly 30 to 40 minutes. Other content is locked until you finish it once you start, so set aside the time.
Step 2: Farm the Uranus Proxima Railjack Missions
Constellations opens two Railjack missions in the Uranus Proxima:
- The Kuva Wytch: a skirmish against Vena, fighting alongside Ryoku. Pays Emerald Talents.
- Scoria’s Angel: a skirmish against Ryoku, fighting alongside Vena. Pays Crimson Talents.
You can launch either from its node on the Star Chart or from Vena’s and Ryoku’s Railjack docks inside Pontis Tower, which is on Uranus in normal Navigation. Both missions let you fly Vena’s or Ryoku’s own fully equipped Railjack, with every Rank 10 Intrinsic perk available, so your personal Railjack’s progress does not hold you back. (If you want your own ship, board it from the dock in Pontis Tower; starting solo from outside defaults to theirs.)
DE’s official drop table lists each mission’s reward pool as seven equally likely blueprints:
| Mission | Reward pool (14.29% each) |
|---|---|
| The Kuva Wytch | Sirius and Orion main, Chassis, Neuroptics and Systems blueprints, plus Pride, Pride Blade and Pride Handle blueprints |
| Scoria’s Angel | Sirius and Orion main, Chassis, Neuroptics and Systems blueprints, plus Wrath, Wrath Blade and Wrath Handle blueprints |
Each part has a one in seven chance per mission, so the drops alone can take a while. That is what the Talents are for.
Step 3: Spend Talents at the Secret Vendor
Every completion pays Talents: 12 to 16 on the normal path, 18 to 22 on the Steel Path, plus more for shooting down targets during the Orowyrm or Ramsled flight on the way to the enemy capital ship. Steel Path runs pay noticeably more, so if you have it, our guide on how to unlock the Steel Path is worth the detour.
Take the Talents to the secret vendor in Pontis Tower (we will not spoil who it is; the quest reveals them). The vendor sells all of Sirius and Orion’s blueprints for either currency, listed twice, once for Emerald and once for Crimson, so you can farm whichever mission you like. As of the current update, each part blueprint costs 90 Talents and the main blueprint 275. Pride’s blueprints cost Emerald Talents and Wrath’s cost Crimson.
Step 4: Build Them
| Blueprint | Resources | Build time |
|---|---|---|
| Neuroptics | 15,000 credits, 250 Circuits, 5 Gallium, 5 Nullstones, 75 Asterite | 12 hours |
| Chassis | 15,000 credits, 600 Rubedo, 400 Alloy Plate, 600 Carbides, 500 Ticor Plate | 12 hours |
| Systems | 15,000 credits, 500 Polymer Bundle, 30 Morphics, 20 Control Module, 100 Isos | 12 hours |
| Sirius and Orion | 25,000 credits, the three parts, 3 Orokin Cells | 3 days |
They have no Mastery Rank requirement. If you would rather buy them, they are sold in the Market on their own or in the Constellations Sirius and Orion Bundle ($19.99 on Steam in the US), which includes both signature scythes, decorations and 190 Platinum.
How Two Warframes in One Slot Works
- You deploy as the Primary Son. If you finished Jade Shadows, it is the son you named there; otherwise Sirius is the default. You can change it any time in Pontis Tower after Constellations.
- Tap an ability to cast your active son’s version; hold it to cast the other son’s and swap to him. The inactive son stays in the fight as an ally.
- Each son has his own build: mods, Arcanes, Forma polarities and Helminth abilities are separate, while loadout, Archon Shards and Mastery are shared. Only the Primary Son can take a Helminth ability, as our guide on how to unlock the Helminth explains.
- Passive: swapping sons gives 45% Ability Efficiency to the next two casts, and below 50 energy they steal energy from each other.
Sirius leans on Heat damage and support (his third ability heals and revives allies), while Orion strips armor and shields and pulls enemies into a drifting black hole. Their fourth ability, Celestial Clash, is shared. For the newest Warframe after them, see our guide on how to get Narin.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do you get the Sirius and Orion main blueprint? Finish the Jade Shadows: Constellations quest. It can also drop from The Kuva Wytch and Scoria’s Angel, or be bought with Talents in Pontis Tower.
Where do Sirius and Orion’s parts drop? From The Kuva Wytch and Scoria’s Angel, the Railjack missions in the Uranus Proxima, at 14.29% each per mission.
Do you need a Railjack for Sirius and Orion? The missions can be flown in Vena’s or Ryoku’s own fully equipped Railjack, so a weak personal Railjack is no obstacle.
Which mission should I farm, The Kuva Wytch or Scoria’s Angel? Either. The vendor sells every Sirius and Orion blueprint for Emerald or Crimson Talents, so only Pride (Emerald) and Wrath (Crimson) depend on the mission.
What quest do you need before Jade Shadows: Constellations? Jade Shadows, which itself needs The New War.
Can you change which son is the Primary? Yes, in Pontis Tower after you finish Jade Shadows: Constellations.
