A Pokemon Legends: Z-A bundle that puts the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition and the Mega Dimension DLC on a single game card launches on Thursday, October 29, 2026, The Pokemon Company announced on September 30. Per the official news post, both the Switch 2 Edition and the Mega Dimension DLC come on one game card.
What the Bundle Includes
- The Switch 2 Edition of Legends: Z-A, the upgraded version with Switch 2 improvements.
- The Mega Dimension DLC, on the same game card.
- A purchase bonus: a serial code for 100 Ultra Balls, redeemed through Mystery Gift. The Japanese announcement adds that Mystery Gift unlocks after about an hour of play.
The bundle’s card also works on the original Switch, where it plays with Switch 1-level content.
What We Know About the Price
In Japan, the official Pokemon site lists the bundle at 11,128 yen including tax. No US or European price has been announced yet, so treat any dollar figure you see before The Pokemon Company confirms it as a guess.
What This Means for Players
This bundle is aimed at players who haven’t bought Legends: Z-A yet. If you already own the base game, you don’t need it: the Switch 2 Edition upgrade and Mega Dimension are sold separately, and our guide on whether the Switch 2 Edition is worth the upgrade breaks that down. One detail from the Japanese page matters for newcomers: you need to finish the main story before Mega Dimension’s story opens, so the DLC isn’t the first thing you play.
