Open the Sim’s Lifetime Rewards panel and buy Fertility Treatment with Lifetime Happiness points. Multiple sources, including the community wiki and long-standing player guides, list it at 10,000 points. Per the reward’s effect as documented by the wiki, it makes “Try for Baby” more likely to succeed and raises the chance of twins and triplets.
Two rules matter:
- Buy it before trying for a baby. It works at conception, so buying it after the Sim is already pregnant does nothing for that pregnancy.
- Both partners can own it. Player guides report that the odds climb further when both parents have the reward. Treat that as a community finding rather than an official number.
