Call of Duty: Mobile Season 10, the game’s 7th anniversary season, launches on November 11 at 4 PM PT (7 PM EST) and brings Verdansk to Battle Royale, Activision announced in its Season 10 blog post on November 4, 2026. Activision calls it “a new era of Battle Royale,” with gameplay changes that reach both of the mode’s big maps.
The Details
- Verdansk arrives. The map has more than 15 major points of interest, including the Stadium, Dam, Airport, Prison, Superstore, and Train Station. An interactive map guide from Activision goes live on November 5.
- The Gulag comes with it. The first time you are eliminated in a Verdansk match, you fight one other player in the Gulag. Win and you redeploy; lose and you wait for a teammate to buy you back at a Buy Station.
- Battle Royale changes. Parachutes replace wingsuits in Verdansk, doors can be shoulder bashed open, you can drag downed teammates while reviving them, and in-match contracts pay out rewards.
- Field Assets and Perks. Battle Royale Scorestreaks become Field Assets and Wildcards become Perks. Both can now be equipped to Loadouts, and Activision says Field Assets will be rarer and more powerful, with the Death Machine and EMP Systems among the new ones.
- Verdansk in DMZ: Recon, with a new Chemist boss in the radiation zone and a Prison contract where you give up your gear and escape as a prisoner.
- Free rewards. The Operation: Verdansk Convergence event has three factions (Makarov, Task Force 141, and the Observers) and ends in the Legendary AK47, Pharoah’s Decree.
- Battle Pass and Store. The new Signal 50 sniper rifle is in the free tiers of the 7th Anniversary Battle Pass, and the Store adds two Mythic Drops (the Alias operator and a Signal 50 blueprint) and Ford Racing draws with the Mustang GTD and F-150 Raptor.
What This Means for Players
Activision is pitching Season 10 as a reset for mobile Battle Royale, and it says later updates will adjust vehicles, movement, and the mode further. If you played Verdansk in Warzone, the points of interest will be familiar, but Field Assets in Loadouts change how a match plays out. Warzone itself has moved on to a new map: our guide to how big the Hajin map is covers it, and our Warzone Season 1 story covers that mode’s own changes this month. For where the mobile game fits in the series, our list of how many Call of Duty games there are has the full count, and every guide is on our Call of Duty hub.
