Inzoi: How to Get a Job

Getting a job in Inzoi is one of the key steps to building a stable, successful life for your Zoi. Jobs help you earn money, unlock new storylines, and shape your Zoi’s personality and social standing. Whether you want to work in a corporate office, start as a barista, or chase something more unconventional, here’s how to get a job in Inzoi.

To start the job process, open your Zoi’s Interaction Wheel by holding the right mouse button on PC. From there, select “Phone” or “Career”, depending on your UI settings. Tap the “Search for Job” option, and you’ll be taken to the job listings screen.

The job board displays current openings across various career tracks, including service industry, creative fields, tech jobs, public services, and more. You can sort these listings by salary, hours, or karma impact. Some jobs are only available during specific hours or after meeting certain conditions—like having a certain level of education or karma.

Once you pick a job, your Zoi will either start immediately or more than likely they will receive a confirmation message with the first shift details. Make sure to show up on time—being late or skipping work too often can get your Zoi fired, which may also negatively affect karma and reputation. And once you’re at work, be sure to complete the tasks that will appear in the top left of your screen.

Jobs in Inzoi are more than just money-makers. They can lead to story events, unlockable skills, and meaningful relationships. For example, working in healthcare might open up compassion-based quests, while tech careers may lead to innovation events or ethical dilemmas that impact karma.

If your Zoi gets fired or wants a career change, they can quit at any time via the Career tab and reapply elsewhere. Some careers have promotion trees, so sticking with a path can lead to better pay, perks, and prestige.

Apply for jobs early in your playthrough to start building up your Zoi’s income and personal story. Whether you go for money, meaning, or mayhem—getting a job is the first big step.
