Alien abductions are an exciting and mysterious event in The Sims 4 that can add an extra layer of fun and intrigue to your gameplay. If you want your Sim to experience an alien abduction, follow these steps to increase your chances.
Telescope or Observatory in The Sims 4
Having your sim spend some time stargazing out of a telescope or observatory will increase the likelihood that aliens will abduct them in a UFO. This is especially true when you do it at night.
Rocket Ship
Buy the rocket ship and build it up in your sim’s lot. Upgrade it and go on space missions and you’ll definitely increase your chances of alien contact.
Satellite Dish in The Sims 4
If your sim is in the Scientist career track and gains access to the Invention Constructor, they can use it to invent the Satellite Dish. Using this and selecting “Contact Aliens” will boost the chances that an alien abduction will happen.
You could also, of course, cheat in the Satellite Dish by opening the cheat console (hold CTRL+SHIFT+C), typing “testingcheats true” and then pressing enter. Next, bring up the console again and type “bb.showhiddenobjects” to gain access to all hidden objects (including the satellite dish) in the buy mode.
