Stellar Blade’s Bayonetta Outfits Are Out Now

EVE in Bayonetta's glasses and earrings from the Stellar Blade and Bayonetta collaboration

The Bayonetta collaboration for Stellar Blade went live on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST (7:00 AM PST), as a free update, per SHIFT UP’s patch 1.5.0 notes on Steam and PlayStation’s collaboration trailer. The trailer says the costumes are “available at no cost on PS5 and PC.”

The Details

The patch notes list eight new cosmetic items for EVE, not just the four outfits SHIFT UP first announced:

  • Four nano suits: Couture Bullet (Bayonetta), Couture Bullet (Jeanne), Couture Bullet (Nun), and Couture Bullet (Black Tresses).
  • Two pairs of glasses: Bayonetta’s Glasses and Nun’s Glasses.
  • Two pairs of earrings: Bayonetta’s Earrings and Jeanne’s Earrings.

Black Tresses is the fourth outfit SHIFT UP kept hidden when it revealed the collaboration in September; the patch notes now give its full name. The same patch fixes a side quest, “A United People Cannot be Defeated,” that would not progress after you collected two Memory Sticks, fixes Emil getting stuck on a cliff in the southern Wasteland where he could not be attacked, and makes Steam Deck button prompts match the connected controller when Steam Input is on.

SHIFT UP’s September announcement said the outfits would be free on Nintendo Switch 2 as well, timed to the launch of Stellar Blade Complete Edition on that console at the same moment.

What This Means for Players

On PS5 and PC, the costumes come with a free update, with nothing to buy. Because the glasses and earrings are separate items, you can mix them with other nano suits rather than wearing only the full Bayonetta looks.

If you shelved Stellar Blade after the credits, the side quest fix is worth knowing about: a stalled “A United People Cannot be Defeated” should now move forward.
