The four Bayonetta outfits arrived in Stellar Blade as a free update on November 5, 2026, at 10 AM Eastern (7 AM Pacific), on PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch 2 at the same moment, along with two pairs of glasses and two pairs of earrings. PS5 and PC owners only need to update the game, and on Switch 2 they come with Stellar Blade Complete Edition, which launched at exactly that time.
Updated November 5, 2026: the update is out. SHIFT UP’s 1.5.0 patch notes give the official names of all four outfits and add four accessories to the set, so we added both below.
SHIFT UP calls it the Bayonetta Nano Suit Collaboration. Below we cover the unlock time in every region, the four outfits and their accessories, the steps for each platform, and how to put the outfits on EVE once you have them. Everything here is checked against SHIFT UP’s announcements and its 1.5.0 patch notes as of November 5, 2026.
When the Outfits Unlock
SHIFT UP’s announcement sets one worldwide moment: November 6 at 00:00 KST/JST, which is November 5 at 07:00 PST and 15:00 GMT. The official Stellar Blade account summed it up on X: “Coming to PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch 2 on November 5 (Oh, and it’s free!)”
| Region | Unlock time |
|---|---|
| US Pacific | 7 AM, November 5 |
| US Eastern | 10 AM, November 5 |
| UK | 3 PM, November 5 |
| Central Europe | 4 PM, November 5 |
| Japan and South Korea | Midnight, November 6 |
The US and Europe had left daylight saving time by then, which is why these offsets differ from the ones you may be used to in summer.
The Four Outfits
SHIFT UP describes them as “four (4) new couture outfits” for EVE, inspired by Bayonetta. At Tokyo Game Show 2026, Kim Hyung-tae, SHIFT UP’s CEO and the game’s director, listed them for Gamemeca, and SHIFT UP’s 1.5.0 patch notes give each one its in-game name:
- Couture Bullet (Bayonetta), her original outfit from the first Bayonetta game
- Couture Bullet (Jeanne), the red outfit of Bayonetta’s rival
- Couture Bullet (Nun), the disguise from Bayonetta’s prologue
- Couture Bullet (Black Tresses), an original design by Kim himself, imagining Bayonetta in Stellar Blade’s world.
The update also adds two pairs of glasses, Bayonetta’s Glasses and Nun’s Glasses, and two pairs of earrings, Bayonetta’s Earrings and Jeanne’s Earrings.
SHIFT UP’s official image (at the top of this page) shows the first three outfits by name, with the fourth kept as a silhouette until its reveal. Kim, who has called Bayonetta one of his top three action games, told Gamemeca that “All owners of Stellar Blade will receive four collaboration outfits as a free update.”
How to Get Them on PS5 and PC
You do not need to buy anything, and you do not need the Complete Edition. Kim told Inven Global that existing owners of Stellar Blade on all platforms can receive the outfits for free.
- Close Stellar Blade if it is running. The update went live at 10 AM Eastern on November 5.
- Update the game. On PS5, highlight Stellar Blade on the home screen, press the Options button and choose Check for Update. On Steam, the update downloads automatically, or you can check the game’s page in your Library.
- Make sure the update installed. SHIFT UP’s patch notes for PC update 1.5.0 list the outfits, glasses and earrings as part of the update itself, and as of November 5 neither the Steam store page nor the US PlayStation Store lists a separate Bayonetta add-on, so there is nothing extra to claim.
- Load your save and look for the outfits in your Nano Suit list (see below).
How to Get Them on Switch 2
Buy Stellar Blade Complete Edition. The collaboration launched on Switch 2 the same moment the game did, and SHIFT UP lists Switch 2 alongside PS5 and PC for the free outfits. Physical and digital buyers get the same thing; Nintendo’s store listing shows the game at $59.99.
SHIFT UP has not said whether the outfits are on the cartridge or delivered as a launch update, so connect to the internet the first time you start the game and install any update it offers. Our game-key card guide covers what else is on the cartridge.
How to Wear Them
The Bayonetta outfits are Nano Suits, the game’s name for EVE’s outfits. In the existing game, Nano Suits you own are equipped from the Equipment menu, in its section for EVE’s appearance, where you pick a suit and equip it, with glasses and earrings in their own separate slots.
Two things SHIFT UP’s patch notes do not spell out:
- You may need some story progress first. Nintendo’s Complete Edition listing warns that some included content “becomes available after progressing through the main story,” and the original Deluxe Edition bonus outfits had to be collected from a supply box near Xion, the hub city.
- How they reach your inventory. The 1.5.0 notes say only that you can “acquire” the outfits, not whether they appear ready to wear or have to be collected first. Check your Nano Suit list first, then any supply box you would normally collect bonus items from.
