Transport Fever 3 launched on September 29, 2026 at 16:00 UTC on PC, Mac and Linux through Steam, the Epic Games Store and GOG, and on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, per Paradox Interactive’s launch announcement.
What Each Edition Costs
- Standard Edition: $49.99 / €49.99 on PC, $59.99 / €59.99 on consoles.
- Deluxe Edition: $64.99 / €64.99 on PC, $74.99 / €74.99 on consoles.
- Collector’s Edition: $119.99 / €119.99, sold with a digital Steam key, so it’s a PC edition.
There is no general launch discount on any store. Transport Fever 2 owners do get a 10% loyalty discount on the Standard or Deluxe Edition on the same platform. Urban Games’ August announcement said it runs until 14 days after launch, so roughly until October 13.
What’s in It
Paradox’s announcement lists four environments, “temperate, desert, tropical, and the new sub-arctic”, more than 300 real-world vehicles, and, “for the first time in the series, helicopters.” Paradox also says the game climbed to No. 1 on Steam’s global bestseller list before launch.
Not on Game Pass or PS Plus
Transport Fever 3 isn’t in Xbox Game Pass or PlayStation Plus. Microsoft’s Game Pass catalogs don’t list it, and both console stores show it at full price. If you were waiting for a subscription release, nothing has been announced.
What This Means for Players
Our cluster covers the questions most players have on day one:
- Which edition you should buy, including what the Deluxe extras actually are.
- Whether it has multiplayer.
- Every vehicle type and era.
- Mac, PS5 and Xbox support.
The rest is on our Transport Fever 3 hub. If you own Transport Fever 2 on the same platform, buy before the loyalty discount window closes.
