Knowing how to save your game in Inzoi is one of the most important things to learn—especially if you’re trying out risky choices, testing karma changes, or just don’t want to lose your progress. Thankfully, saving in Inzoi is quick, simple, and flexible once you know where to find the option.
To save your game in Inzoi, open the pause menu by pressing the Escape key on PC or the Start/Menu button on console. From there, select the “Save Game” option. You’ll be able to choose from multiple save slots, which makes it easy to create backup saves before major decisions or story events.
If you want to overwrite your most recent save, simply select the same slot and confirm. You can also create a new save file at any time, which is great if you like to experiment with different paths or outcomes.
Inzoi also includes an auto-save feature, which triggers at specific moments—like waking up, completing a quest, or entering a new area. You’ll know it’s auto-saving when you see a small save icon appear in the corner of your screen. However, relying only on auto-saves isn’t always the best idea. If you’re in the middle of a long play session or about to make a big decision, it’s always smart to do a manual save just in case.
Keep in mind that you can’t save during cutscenes or certain timed events. If the “Save Game” option is greyed out, wait until the action ends and try again. Also, if you’re playing on console, make sure your system’s storage isn’t full—Inzoi won’t save properly if there’s no room left for new data.
Saving often in Inzoi helps protect your progress, lets you safely explore different choices, and gives you the freedom to play your way without losing hard-earned progress.
