Minecraft Dungeons II‘s story bosses, in order, are the Soul Corrupted Witch, the Twisted Warden, the Copper Monstrosity, the Prime Enchanter, the Sculk Monstrosity, the Monarch and the Redstone Monstrosity, before a back-to-back finale against the Supreme Evoker and the Monstrous Opus. That order comes from launch-week playthroughs, and it matches the order in which Steam players are unlocking the boss achievements.

A few notes on sources:
- The Witch is called “the Witch of Howling Woods” in the official achievement text. Xbox Wire’s world overview places a Witch boss in northern Howling Woods.
- The Twisted Warden is the target of a quest Mojang describes in its gameplay systems article.
- The Copper Monstrosity waits at the top of a tower, as Xbox showed in its gamescom demo.
- The Prime Enchanter’s exact arena in the Frozen Highlands, and the Redstone Monstrosity’s location, aren’t confirmed by an official source yet.
The Story Boss Achievements
The official achievement list names the bosses too:
- Craftier than Witchcraft: defeat the Witch of Howling Woods.
- Twisted Madness: defeat the Twisted Warden.
- Copper Stopper: defeat the Supreme Evoker’s monstrosity.
- Past Their Prime: defeat the Prime Enchanter.
- Regicide: defeat a monarch.
- Monstrous Crescendo: defeat the Monstrous Opus.
- Defender of Dimensions: save the Overworld and the Sift.

The Minibosses (and the “Sprout Boss”)
Launch playthroughs also run into minibosses: a Witch, an Evoker, an Enderman, a Warden, the Harmonizer and a Dartback, plus Soul Corrupted versions of several of them. The Harmonizer is the one players call the “sprout boss”: the community Minecraft Wiki describes it as a massive sprout boss in the Sift, though some playthroughs label it a miniboss rather than a story boss.
The Grand Illusioner appears in cutscenes, but no launch playthrough includes a fight with him, so don’t go looking for one.
Fighting Bosses Again After the Story
- Boss Totems: Xbox Wire says Boss Totems let you restart bosses you’ve beaten.
- “Revived” quests: after the story, playthroughs show refight quests such as The Witch Revived, The Twisted Warden Revived and The Final Souldown Encore.
- Soul Storms: the endgame adds Soul Storms with three Storm Generators each, which come in different difficulties, creative director Måns Olson told PCGamesN.
