Inzoi: How to Fish

Fishing in Inzoi is a peaceful and rewarding activity that lets your Zoi connect with nature, unwind, and sometimes catch ingredients or complete quests. Whether you’re doing it for fun or to fulfill an urge, this guide walks you through exactly how to fish in Inzoi.

Where to Go Fishing

To start fishing, your Zoi needs to be in a region that has accessible water areas. The most common places to find fishing spots include:

  • Harang River Park – Central
  • Posey’s Surf Shop Pier in Bliss Bay
  • Hidden lakes or parks around Dowon

Look for signs, docks, or banks with fish icons to identify where fishing is possible.

How to Fish

Once you’ve found a fishing spot:

  1. Walk your Zoi to the designated area
Get close to a body of water where a fish icon appears on the ground or dock.
  2. Click the Fishing Prompt
If your Zoi is in range, you’ll get the option to “Fish” or “Start Fishing.”
  3. Watch and Wait
Your Zoi will cast their line and wait for a bite. Sometimes, this is a passive animation, so be patient.
  4. Catch & Inventory
When your Zoi catches a fish, it will be added to their inventory. You may receive notifications if the fish is rare or part of a quest.

What You Can Catch in Inzoi

Fish variety depends on the region, time of day, and even weather. While the full fish catalog hasn’t been published yet, some common fish types include:

  • River trout
  • Carp
  • Eel
  • Occasional junk items like boots or cans (classic fishing humor)

Tips for Better Fishing

  • Improve Karma: Some players report better catch rates with good karma.
  • Use Fishing During Mood Swings: If your Zoi is feeling tense or unfocused, fishing can help fulfill their ‘Peaceful Mind’ urge.
  • Check the Time: Early morning and evening seem to yield more bites in some locations.
